Tank level
Radar, hydrostatic level or other principles can be used depending on product, vapors, foam, density, geometry and installation conditions.
Process flow
Flow technology is selected by fluid properties and measurement requirements: conductivity, density, viscosity, solids, temperature and accuracy.
Hazardous areas
Where the process creates an explosive atmosphere, electrical equipment must be selected according to area classification and applicable ATEX/IECEx requirements.
Pumps, motors and VFDs
Drives for pumps, agitators and fans are sized by load, duty and environment. In Ex areas the motor, protection and VFD operating conditions are verified separately.
Automation and diagnostics
PLCs, distributed I/O and industrial communication integrate instruments and actuators; diagnostic data can support maintenance and deviation detection.
